Committed To Quality, Committed To You
The term “cleaning in place” refers to the automation of the process of cleaning the interior surfaces of vibro screens and filters. The CIP procedure is used in the cleaning, unclogging, and lumping of mesh screens and other related fittings. Performing manual cleaning of a closed system without a CIP system is a very labor-intensive process, plus it is not cost-effective due to the interruption of production.
The solutions can also be used to unclog mesh screens, so they are not just used to clean, but also to unclog them.
CIP is beneficial to industries that require frequent internal cleaning. In industries requiring high levels of hygiene, such as dairy, beverage, brewing, processed foods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, CIP is widely used.
Mesh screens can be cleaned, unclogged, and deblinded with a variety of cleaning agents. The cleaning agent is sprayed with pressure onto stainless steel 304 to 316L nozzles by pressure pumps. Depending on the requirements, cleaning can be done manually or automatically.
All parts are enclosed, so they don't need to be cleaned manually.
The system can work automatically after acquisition, making it easier to use.
