BAGASSE PULP PROCESSING
By-products of the sugarcane processing industry include sugarcane bagasse pulp. Alternatives to wood pulp are most effective when made from this material. Pulp is used to produce a variety of paper products, such as packaging boxes, printing paper, tissues, and newsprint.
Water and other chemicals are added to the pulp for further processing. Following the placement of the mixer in the Vibro sifter, the pulp and wastewater are separated. The separation of clean water from wastewater has now been achieved by further screening the wastewater. Backwater occurs during this process. Mixers can be reused with clear water.
