Garnets, a group of silicate minerals, have been used as gemstones and as abrasives since the Bronze Age. In order to produce superior-quality Garnet Sand for a variety of abrasive applications, Sivtek’s engineers have designed sieves based on decades of experience.
When it comes to the manufacture of abrasives, garnet sand’s fineness is crucial. Our Inline SIVTEK® plays a critical role in making it fine.
To manufacture gemstones and other applications, garnet sand must be separated into different sizes and verified as graded. For the separation of Garnet sand, we use two types of superior sieving equipment, including Linea SIVTEK® & Vibro Sifters.
In comparison with conventional sieving machines, the heavy-duty vibratory screen produces three times more vibration and achieves three times higher throughputs in ultra-fine mesh.
