You can increase your throughput with the Sivtek Maximizer Deck without changing your vibratory separators.
Using the ‘Cascade System’, this machine sieves a lot of material accurately and precisely. It is amazing that this additive machine can be easily mounted on your existing grading machine like a sieve deck. Fits round separators with diameters ranging from 48″ to 60″.
Besides screening powdered materials, Maximizer Decks also screen materials whose particle size is too close to the mesh aperture. With such materials being difficult to screen and taking time to pass through the mesh, additional screen areas can significantly increase throughput.
With the Maximizer Deck, you simply attach another screen above the existing screen on your vibratory separator. Therefore, you are able to screen your material on two screens, mounted one above the other, with the upper screen slightly smaller than the lower screen. Through the discharge spout, particles passing through the upper screen are immediately discharged. Oversized particles that are not passed through to the second screen are sieved again and discharged.
By installing the Maximizer Deck above your existing vibro separator, you effectively double your screening area.
It can be easily mounted on your existing grading machine like a standard sieve deck. The separator can be fitted to round separators with diameters ranging from 48" to 60".
