Committed To Quality, Committed To You
Clogged meshes are frustrating! Without a functioning sifter, the entire process becomes impossible. Mesh choking is the biggest problem with sieving.
Galaxy Sivtek provides a wide range of sieving solutions. Here are some deblending systems used in sifters.

Used with round separators with fine mesh sizes. A wide ultrasonic wave is used to de-blind chocked material.
As a result, the final material quality will be better and processing time will be shorter. In addition, it increases screening capacity and eliminates mesh breakdown. Many industry leaders prefer ultrasonic sieves because they last longer.

The mesh deblending kit comes with an elastomeric ball and slider. There’s a perforated sheet under the mesh screen. After vibration balls are applied, sliders help them remain in a particular region of the mesh screen.
In all industries, balls and sliders are commonly used. Dry material is used with these balls in circular and rectangular separators. Therefore, the material is easy to clean and provides a high throughput capacity.

Another example of modern sieving technology is the rotary brush system. The system consists of a rotating brush and a mobile chassis. During sifter mesh screen operation, the rotary brush operates independently at low rpm.
In order to prevent mesh clogging, particles that are too large are brushed aside. Additionally, the rotating brush can break up lumps caused by oil content or moisture.
A rotary brush provides high efficiency and throughput capacity. A round sifter can be upgraded with this feature.

Roto Sifter uses different cleaning media to clean the basket using a special blending arrangement. You can select any of the following media based on the expertise of Galaxy Sivtek Sieving.
Clean with brush: Roto sifters have brush pads mounted on rotating shafts that clean the mesh basket by touching it at low speeds.
Clean with rubber: Rubber pads are attached to the rotating shaft to clean the mesh basket in the same way as brushes.
Clean with Air: Dry products are blended through air valves mounted on a rotating shaft, which periodically blow air in the air stream.
You might be confused about which de-blending system is best for your product. This is because the choice of a deblending system depends on the product and system arrangement. Our experts will be able to provide you with the best solution to improve the quality of your product while simplifying the sieving and filtering process.
