Alumina, feldspar, and china clay are some of the raw materials that are used in the manufacture of insulators. The raw materials must be in fine condition in order to produce a fine product. To ensure the quality of the raw material, unwanted substances, and foreign particles must be removed prior to processing.
Following the screening of all raw materials, a slurry is prepared by mixing them with a liquid substance. Considering that all of the mixtures are slurries, they will need to be filtered once again.
