Our sieves, separators, and filters are designed and manufactured with the latest technology so that they can deliver the desired results in a short period of time.
During the initial stage of the manufacturing process of detergent powder, the material must be graded in order to remove impurities and foreign particles. It may be more cost-effective to grade detergent powders with one of our sieves such as the Vibro Sifter or Super SIVTEK® with fine mesh.
During packaging, the final material must be screened for sharp & unwanted particles in order to prevent them from entering the finished product. In addition to our SIVTEK® and Roto Sifter screening machines, we offer check-screening machines.
