Committed To Quality, Committed To You
There is no household, restaurant, cafe, or hotel in the world that does not use chili powder in its kitchen! Without chili powder, all spicy, hot, & mouthwatering dishes from various cuisines around the world would be incomplete & unappetizing.
Firstly, the dried chilies are cleaned to remove small stones, sand or clay particles, leaves, dust, and any other undesirable contaminants. Basically, solid contaminants like sand, clay, stones, and dust must be separated and removed at the beginning of the process using a separator.
Following the sieving of the chilies to remove contaminants, the next step is to dry clean the surfaces to ensure they are free of contaminants. Following dry cleaning, the stems are cut.
As long as there is a little bit of moisture in the chilies, they will be dried and moved for crushing. Furthermore, if the materials are already fully dry, they will be moved directly to the crushing line. Pulverizing and milling chili is the process of turning it into powder.
As part of the sterilization process, the powder is passed through UV rays. A mixing and blending process is conducted after sterilization to ensure that the oil retains its flavors.
The most important process takes place just prior to packaging once the entire process has been completed. Additionally, sieving, checking screens, and ensuring everything is safe is imperative.
The vibratory sifter is used in order to remove lumps and unwanted contaminants along with obtaining fine-grained, smooth chili powder.
As an additional precaution, magnetic grills can be installed at the spout of packaging machines to catch and remove ferrous particles such as nuts, bolts, and screws.
There are three separate steps involved in the separation process: screeners, separators, and magnetic solutions. The first step is to remove the sand and stones, followed by lumps and oversizes, and finally, ferrous particles must be removed before packing at the packing machine.
You can achieve contamination-free chili powder using our robust gyratory separators, vibrating sieve machines, inline sifters, centrifugal sifters, and rectangular sieves.
Since chili powder is a food product that is consumed by the general public, it is essential that manufacturers maintain the highest standards of quality. Failure to maintain quality can lead to serious consequences.
A variety of quality materials are used in the manufacture of our machines which comply with cGMP and FDA guidelines. The gaskets and rubber used in this product are of food-grade quality to meet the hygienic requirements of the food industry. The food industry also requires stainless steel machines on-demand, which we are able to manufacture on-demand.
There are over 12 industries that Galaxy Sivtek serves, including agriculture, food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. A vibratory sieve such as Linea Sivtek® and a vibratory sifter such as Sivtek Vibro Separator® and Super Sivtek Separator® can be used at the preliminary stage to assist in destoning and dedusting chilies.
With a check screening system that incorporates an Inline Sivtek® separator and a Super Sivtek Separator®, lumps can be removed and a fine and smooth powder can be produced.
