It is necessary to conduct a quality test on a batch of cement following its completion. A quality check must be conducted in order to determine what grade of cement has been cast. To obtain the proper strength of cement, gradation check screening must be performed using a Vibro Shifter with multiple decks. Due to their large volume and 4-5 decks, our Vibro Shifters are ideal for the installation of batches of cement, as they have a diameter of 48-60 inches.
In comparison with conventional sieving machines, the heavy-duty vibratory screen produces three times more vibration and achieves three times higher throughputs in ultra-fine mesh.
