Sivtek Gyratory Screener produces the staggering high-intensity vibrations that it is famous for by mounting eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of its motion generator shaft. Dual weights enable the machine to rotate in a circular fashion, with the lower weights generating vertical vibrations and the top weights distributing materials across the screen.

All the vibro sifters manufactured are made with the Highers quality of 304 and 316L Stainless steel to maintain the quality of the product and the hygienic standards, we also provide 4 different finishes of the products for various applications like the mirror finish, brush finish, bead blast and paint finish.
Number of arrangements are available to avoid mesh choking, like the mesh deblinding kits, ultrasonic Sivtek, rotary brush arrangement, etc. these solutions are effectively used for all major process industries like that pharmaceutical, food processing, mineral & metal, etc.
Depending upon the application and the feeding angle the Galaxy Sivtek has ingenuously designed a transfer chute which is attached to the end of the deck which directs the flow of the material to the centre of the mesh.
Galaxy Sivtek customizes every machine to the customer’s needs, based on space available, type of material, moisture content, input and output requirements and other factors. There are several customizations available, such as Maximizer decks, clean in place systems, and customizable deck heights, base heights etc.
The Sivtek vibro separator can sieve from 10mm to 25 Micron screen or 500µ, easily for a range of materials having higher to lower bulk density. This gives us a wider range of applications to cater to and provide solutions. These meshes are FDA and cGMP compliant to maintain the hygienic and quality standards.
